We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to discuss your options.
However, please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We strongly recommend that you carefully review the product description and photographs before making a purchase.
- Replacement Pairs
If you lose one earring from a pair, we understand how frustrating that can be. We offer replacement pairs for lost earrings, subject to availability and at full price if the item is still in stock. Please note that each leather sheet differs slightly in colour and pattern, and we cannot guarantee a perfect match for a replacement earring. To ensure the longevity of your earrings, we strongly advise that you wear them with the provided plastic stopper on the hook. This will help prevent loss of the earrings and prolong their lifespan.

To request a refund or replacement pair please contact us via our contact us page or on Facebook. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will be happy to assist you with your request but providing you your options.
